Before Your Appointment:

  • Arrive on time for your appointment.
  • Bring two forms of identification.
  • There is a tattoo consent form that you must complete before the tattoo process begins.
  • ​Always be honest and notify the tattoo artist of any schedule/tattoo changes, medical conditions, allergies, or questions and concerns you may have beforehand.

    MONDAY: 11:00 A.M.-8:00 P.M.
    Tuesday: 11:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m.
    Wednesday: 11:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m.
    Thursday: 11:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m.
    Friday: 11:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m.
    Saturday: 11:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m.

    Appointment Form

    • There is a non-refundable $100 deposit required to secure all appointments. The deposit is applied to the overall price of the tattoo(s). After I receive the appointment form, I will contact you directly to discuss the details and payment of the tattoo(s). Once the deposit is received, you will be scheduled.
    • ​There is a $100 shop minimum for all tattoos. ​​​
    • When scheduling appointments, I try to be as flexible as I can. Please include multiple days and times that you are available to receive the tattoo. If one day/time is not available, I can choose another one.​
    • Include as much detail as possible when describing the tattoo(s). Mention the size (inches, centimeters, compare to object, etc.), placement, location on body, color choices, and attach any picture(s) or references.
